Sarah Paris provides high quality graphics to designers, crafters and small businesses for personal and commercial use in scrapbooking, card making and other craft applications. These terms & conditions apply to digital downloads from the online store. Other terms and conditions may apply to exclusives, semi-exclusives and bespoke design commissions.

TERMS OF USE
Sarah Paris reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice.

Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound

by the Agreement as modified.

All licenses are for hand-crafted, short run commercial use up to 500 copies only. Large scale commercial printing and selling commercially in any downloadable form (other than converted to embroidery files) is not allowed. Please contact me to discuss large scale commercial print use.

USE OF PRODUCT
You may use the images and/or other works purchased solely for your non-commercial, personal purposes (including charity) unless the appropriate commercial license is purchased. No right, title or interest in any Content is transferred to you, whether as a result of downloading such Content or otherwise. Sarah Paris reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content. You may not use, alter, copy, distribute, transmit, or derive another work from any Content obtained from the Site, except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Use. All designs are non-exclusive.

LICENSE INFORMATION
Item prices are all non-exclusive, non-profit or personal use unless stated otherwise.

For personal use (credit Sarah Paris) option copyright credit © Sarah Paris is required at all times. If possible please also include a clickable link to www.sarahparis.co.uk where used online.

For commercial use (credit Sarah Paris option) copyright credit © Sarah Paris is required at all times where art is used on physical product. Sarah Paris credit displayed on a website where digital download embroidery files ONLY are sold is acceptable. No other digital download format of any type is allowed under this license.

This commercial license allows you to produce up to a maximum of 500 copies/products with Sarah Paris credit.

For commercial use (no credit required option) an additional license fee is chargeable which allows you to remove credit.
This commercial license allows you to produce up to a maximum of 500 hand-crafted products with no credit required.

As it is not possible to place a credit to Sarah Paris on all items sold on Etsy or Zazzle, please choose this option if you require print-on-demand usage.

Please always credit Sarah Paris when using for personal/non-profit or charity use.

LIMITATIONS:
1- None of the license purchases give you copyright. ALL COPYRIGHTS REMAIN WITH SARAH PARIS.

2- You cannot sell any Sarah Paris products as is in any digital or modifiable format (AS EITHER DIGITAL SET, TEMPLATE, OR AS PART OF A CATALOGUE)

3. Graphics cannot be altered or added to and claimed as your own.

4. Graphics cannot be used in any work that is obscene, hateful, harmful or immoral.

YOU CANNOT RESELL SARAH PARIS PRODUCT AS:
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AS IS or ALTERED AS CLIPART/ELEMENT SET even if gathered with other elements.

AS A LAYERED TEMPLATE (where your customer can extract our design).

or AS A COLLAGE SHEET FOR ETSY, FOLKSY, ZAZZLE or CAFE PRESS type websites as same clipart.

REFUNDS:
Due to the digital nature of ITEMS , there are NO REFUNDS on items delivered electronically. All items are Mac and PC compatible zip files containing jpeg, png and eps files (for clipart) or jpeg and png files (for stamps). I am always happy to help with any compatability/technical issues should you have any problems with the files as supplied.

USE OF FREE PRODUCT:
Freebies: None of the Sarah Paris freebies are for commercial use, but can be used for charity. A link back/copyright credit to http://www.sarahparis.co.uk is required at all times.
