Payment Option

You can pay by PayPal, or by credit or debit card. Proceed to the checkout using the "Checkout with PayPal" option, then on the login screen which appears, beneath the Paypal login area you will be able to select "Don't have a PayPal account" and choose your preferred credit/debit card payment type before finalising your order.

Important Information.
If you are experiencing a problem with the payment process and you are not automatically taken to the payment gateway, when the payment screen is loading, please click the proceed button. You will then be directed to the payment page.

For optimum performance when using this site, please use the Firefox web browser as your default web browser. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer and experience any issues with file access and downloads, please ensure you have tried using FIREFOX before contacting customer services for help as this usually resolves most download issues. Using the Site:
You will be required to register in order to use the site and its associated services. Once you have signed up please check your junk email if you do not receive a notification email and add our email address to your address book in order for your notification emails not be labelled as junk mail.

File types.
File types are detailed on the product information pages. For digital stamps you will receive 300dpi jpeg and 300dpi png files, for coloured clipart you will also receive vector eps files compatible with Adobe Illustrator 8 and above, which are also fully scaleable without loss of quality in most popular page layout applications that support eps format.

Many images are suitable for digitizing for embroidery projects (but please note they are not embroidery ready files they will require that you have professional digitising software for the conversion process). Images will be supplied in zip format, so please ensure you have the relevant software installed to un-archive the zipped files. Zip files are optimised for PC use but we recommend you install and use the FIREFOX web browser as there are many known errors caused by Microsoft Internet Explorer. Images are available with print-on-demand use for sites including Cafe Press and Zazzle. For all print-on-demand usage, please choose the commercial/no credit required option at point of purchase. Commercial/credit Sarah Paris option does not allow for using the designs in this way. See full terms and conditions for further details.

Receiving your files:
Download links to your purchases will be emailed immediately upon successful completion of your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation and download links, please check your junk mail inbox and make sure you add mail(at)sarahparis(dot)co(dot)uk to your email address book, or your order details and links may be flagged as junk mail and may be filtered out by your computers anti-spam or junk mail software. Please note also that some private, company and local government internal email accounts will block certain automated incoming emails by default and you may not be able to receive incoming links to these types of accounts at all, so please use your own personal email account to avoid this issue. If you have any problems with the download process, or your order, please contact us. If your query relates to problems accessing the files, please give as much information as possible as to the problem you are experiencing in order to help me sort out the problem swiftly.

Please note this is an automated process and you have 5 days and 3 attempts to download your files, after which the download link will automatically expire. Please download as soon as possible after receipt of your confirmation email.

Due to the digital nature of items, we regret no refunds are available. Please check your system and software compatibility with the file types specified carefully before ordering as all sales are final. We will do our best to resolve any problems or misunderstandings whereever possible.
