Before contacting customer services with an enquiry regarding a download problem, please check you have followed the instructions below to attempt to download your files.
If you are unable to access the links directly by clicking on the link contained in your automated email, please copy and paste the full link directly into your web browser as some email service providers use filters which affect the link text and disable the link from working from within the email.
If you are experiencing problems with downloading and decompressing the linked files using Internet Explorer, please install and use the FIREFOX web browser as there are many known issues caused by Microsoft Internet Explorer. FIREFOX can be downloaded HERE
